Shortly after 1pm on 3/16/23 BRFD was alerted to assist Bedford Fire Department with a brush fire on Wertz Rd in Colerian Township on Box 3105. Brush 3 responded and assisted with exposure protection and mop up, Chief 31 estimated the fire to be just over 16.5 acres. The company has held a steady pace of calls to start the year with surpassing 100 runs earlier in the week, and todays call being #30 for the month.

Chief 31 held the Wertz Rd command.
